Prescription Medication Program

The Prescription Medication Program is available to people who do not have health care insurance coverage, whose insurance does not include prescription coverage, or who have reached the maximum limit of their coverage to pay for the medicine they need.  Only medically necessary prescription medications qualify for this one-time payment.  If you need assistance, please contact us at the phone number or e-mail listed.

 

We can pay for up to 30 days' supply of physician-prescribed medications.  A valid, original prescription from your physician will be required when you come in for your appointment. 

 

Certified Application Counselors from Fidelis Healthcare and Molina are available by appointment at the Community Food Pantry to offer information and assistance with health care enrollment.
